Employees at Cresco, one of the biggest marijuana companies, vote 58-32 for UFCW representation in a key first win for labor at an Illinois marijuana facility.
“These workers made history tonight. This is precedent-setting,” Koutsky said. “A lot of people were watching how this would go with a company of this size.”
